Search for it as an AC not cooling or air conditioner blowing warm air and you land in the same place: one visit, one written quote.
What an AC not cooling call involves
We start where the symptom points. That means reading temperatures at the supply and return, checking airflow through the filter and coil, watching the outdoor unit start up, and measuring what the compressor and fan motor are actually drawing. Refrigerant pressures tell us whether the system is low, restricted or overcharged. On hill-country routes we plan drive time so you get a full diagnostic in one trip rather than a quick look and a return visit later.
What we check and what we repair
Common finds are a failed run capacitor, a contactor that has burned, a clogged evaporator coil, a plugged condensate line shutting the system down on a float switch, or a leak that has bled the charge down over a season. We also check duct connections and blower speed, because a system can be in good shape and still lose cooling to poor airflow. We repair what we find, replace worn electrical parts, clean coils and address leaks properly rather than just adding refrigerant.
How we decide repair is the right call
We look at what failed, how old the system is and what else is wearing out. A capacitor or contactor on an otherwise sound unit is a straightforward repair. A compressor failure or a large leak in an older heat pump is a different conversation, and we will lay out both paths with what each one means for the rest of the season. Many homes across the region run older heat pumps with propane or wood backup, so we factor that whole setup in.

Why is my AC running constantly but not cooling?
Long runtimes with warm air usually mean the system cannot move heat out. Low refrigerant, a dirty outdoor coil, a failing compressor or restricted airflow are the usual causes. Shut it off if it is icing and call us.
Should I keep the AC on until you arrive?
If the outdoor unit is iced or the indoor coil is frozen, turn cooling off and leave the fan running to thaw it. Otherwise you can leave it be. Let us know what you noticed and when it started.
Can a dirty filter really stop my air conditioner from cooling?
Yes. A loaded filter starves the blower, drops airflow across the coil and can freeze it solid, which stops cooling entirely. Change the filter, give the system time to thaw, then call us if it repeats.
How it works
- Step 1
Tell us the symptom
Call or fill in the quote form with what the system is doing. Warm air, no air, short cycling, a smell, a breaker that keeps tripping. That detail helps us load the right parts before we roll.
- Step 2
We schedule around travel
Hill-country routes take time, so we give you a realistic window instead of a guess. If you are on a long county road, we tell you that up front and keep you posted if the day shifts.
- Step 3
Diagnose, then explain
We test the system, find the actual fault and walk you through what failed and what the repair involves. You decide before we start. If a part has to be ordered, we say when it lands.

Why homeowners call us
- Older systems are normal herePlenty of homes on our routes run a heat pump from two decades back, a propane furnace and a wood stove for the cold snaps. We repair what you have rather than pushing you toward replacement on the first visit.
- Heating and cooling bothSame crew handles air conditioning repair in summer and heating repair in winter. That means we know your system's history when the season flips, and we are not learning your ductwork from scratch in January.
- We say what we do not knowIf a fault is intermittent, we tell you that instead of replacing parts on a hunch. Sometimes the honest answer is a monitoring period or a second visit when the weather brings the problem back.
- Regional coverage, local paceWe cover Arkansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Tennessee. Travel time is part of every job we quote, so you get a window that accounts for the drive rather than a promise that falls apart.
- All major brands, gas & electricEvery major HVAC brand, gas and electric, handled by an independent crew.
- Straight answersNot worth fixing? We say that out loud, and often it saves you the visit fee.
