Homeowners' pick for heating and cooling across the Arkansas Ozarks and Little Red River country

Air Duct Cleaning

We clean residential air ducts across Arkansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Tennessee, pulling built-up dust, insulation fibers, pet hair and construction debris out of supply and return runs. Homeowners usually call after a remodel, after buying an older home, when registers blow visible dust, or when a rodent or moisture problem has left an odor in the ductwork. If that sounds like your house, call us and describe what you are seeing and smelling. We will schedule a look at the duct system and tell you honestly whether cleaning helps.

What the job involves

We start at the air handler and work outward. Registers and grilles come off, then we run agitation tools and a negative-air vacuum so loosened debris travels toward collection instead of into your living room. Return runs and the blower compartment get attention too, since that is where most of the load collects. Flex duct is handled gently because it tears. On a full house this is several hours of work, and on our hill-country routes we plan the drive so we arrive with the whole day available.

What we check while we are in there

Cleaning gives us a clear view of the duct system, so we report what we find. We look for crushed or disconnected flex runs, sections lying in crawlspace water, torn insulation, gaps at plenum connections, and dampers stuck shut. We check the filter slot for bypass, since air sneaking around a filter is a common reason ducts load up again quickly. If we see mold-like growth or evidence of rodents, we tell you plainly and talk through sealing and repair options before anything else.

How we decide it is the right call

Duct cleaning is not the answer to every dust or comfort complaint, and we will say so. We recommend it when there is visible debris in the runs, after drywall or attic work, following rodent activity, or when a home has gone years with a missing or bypassed filter. If the real issue is duct leakage, an undersized return or a failing blower, cleaning will not fix it. In those cases we point you toward the repair that actually changes how the system runs.

Air Duct Cleaning — quick answers

How often do residential air ducts need cleaning?

Most homes do not need it on a schedule. We go by condition. Remodeling, pets, smoking, rodents or a long stretch without a filter can all justify a cleaning years before an otherwise clean system would.

Will duct cleaning help my allergies?

It can reduce the dust and debris circulating through the system, but ducts are rarely the only source. We usually pair cleaning with a look at filtration, return sizing and humidity to address indoor air quality more completely.

Do you clean the blower and coil too?

We inspect the blower compartment and coil while we are at the air handler and tell you what we find. Coil and blower cleaning is separate work, and we will quote it before touching anything.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the symptom

Call or fill in the quote form with what the system is doing. Warm air, no air, short cycling, a smell, a breaker that keeps tripping. That detail helps us load the right parts before we roll.

  2. Step 2

    We schedule around travel

Hill-country routes take time, so we give you a realistic window instead of a guess. If you are on a long county road, we tell you that up front and keep you posted if the day shifts.

  3. Step 3

    Diagnose, then explain

We test the system, find the actual fault and walk you through what failed and what the repair involves. You decide before we start. If a part has to be ordered, we say when it lands.

Why homeowners call us

  • Older systems are normal herePlenty of homes on our routes run a heat pump from two decades back, a propane furnace and a wood stove for the cold snaps. We repair what you have rather than pushing you toward replacement on the first visit.
  • Heating and cooling bothSame crew handles air conditioning repair in summer and heating repair in winter. That means we know your system's history when the season flips, and we are not learning your ductwork from scratch in January.
  • We say what we do not knowIf a fault is intermittent, we tell you that instead of replacing parts on a hunch. Sometimes the honest answer is a monitoring period or a second visit when the weather brings the problem back.
  • Regional coverage, local paceWe cover Arkansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Tennessee. Travel time is part of every job we quote, so you get a window that accounts for the drive rather than a promise that falls apart.
  • All major brands, gas & electricEvery major HVAC brand, gas and electric, handled by an independent crew.
  • Straight answersNot worth fixing? We say that out loud, and often it saves you the visit fee.
